Mechanical Preparation of the Supports

The success of an industrial floor requires good surface preparation, meaning that it must be perfectly clean and well-profiled before any applications.

SHOT BLASTING :

Surface stripping by high-speed projection of steel balls onto the surface to be treated, removal of old paints, dirt and concrete laitance.

2.

MILLING AND PLANING :

Removal of two to five millimeters on concrete using a drum equipped with tungsten carbide wheels or cutters.

3.

SANDING :

Sanding technique with diamond segments for grinding surfaces, removing bumps.

4.

DUST REMOVAL :

All preparation work is carried out without projection or dust release. Vacuuming the surface is essential before any resin application.
